This piece is inspired by the red fox found in many parts of Oregon. This particular depiction is of a time-traveling fox coming through a portal in space.
The fox stares at the beholder with golden rings floating along its luscious tail. The portal is still open. A luna moth flies high above in the night sky.
This painting feels alive. It has big energy with fluorescent orange contrasting the deep greens and blues of the landscape. Iridescent paint changes the look depending on the angle of light.
